Equipment Operator Position Summary: The Equipment Operator III operates a variety of power construction equipment within New England states and assists utility construction crew in performing their assigned duties. Hiring Requirements for the Equipment Operator: High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent Equipment Operator experience. 5+ years of previous related experience and education. MA Hoisting license, or other applicable state license. Can be qualified by an approved and competent company Operator on at least three pieces of equipment from the following (one piece per bullet): Telehandler/Compact Track Loader/Front-End, Loader Dozer/Grader Excavators >32K and all attachments. Demonstrated GPS Capability and drawing interpretation. Ability to pass written tasks and associated Operator Qualification tests when applicable. OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H. White, our day-to-day work is construction and we do it well.
