The successful candidate must have 3 years of direct experience working with a managing partner in a fast-paced general business law practice. The role involves managing mortgage and banking-related default cases, including uncontested foreclosures and evictions. Additionally, the candidate should have:Duties:Managing mortgage and banking-related default cases (uncontested foreclosures and eviction)Understanding various client systems associated with the mortgage industry (ICE/BKFS, Sagent/Tempo)Overseeing client directives, issues, and inquiries on a day-to-day basisDemonstrating good organizational skillsHandling a high-volume workload effectivelyRequirements:Admitted to practice in the State of Florida3 years of direct experience working with a managing partner in a fast-paced general business law practiceEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to the Florida State BarSkills:Analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent research abilitiesStrong written and oral communication skillsJob Overview: The Associate Attorney will manage mortgage and banking-related default cases, oversee client directives, and handle a high workload.
