Job Details Job Location : 621 W MADRONE - ROSEBURG, OR Position Type : Full Time Salary Range : $72,000.00 - $104,000.00 Salary Job Shift : Day Description Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for an Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience to join their Human Resources team! The Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Adapt Integrated Health Care is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This role is essential for shaping and executing innovative strategies in talent acquisition and enhancing the overall employee experience. The Assistant Director leads all aspects of recruiting, including strategic talent sourcing for key positions and healthcare providers. They develop robust engagement programs aimed at ensuring Adapt is a leader in employee satisfaction and retention. Collaborating closely with the Associate Director of People Operations and Systems, and the Assistant Director of Collaborative Workplace Solutions, this role integrates best practices in HR management with proactive workforce planning and compliance. This collaborative effort is crucial in driving the organization's efforts to not only attract but also develop and retain top-tier talent while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Sourcing : Lead initiatives to proactively source and engage a diverse range of candidates, ensuring inclusivity and equality in recruitment practices. Vendor Relationship Management : Oversee relationships with recruitment vendors and recruiting firms, negotiating terms and evaluating performance to ensure alignment with strategic talent acquisition goals. Employee Experience Enhancement : Develop and oversee programs that foster an inclusive and engaging work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Recruitment Process Optimization : Regularly review and enhance recruitment processes to ensure they are fair, transparent, and efficient, upholding the organization's commitment to ethical practices. Onboarding and Integration : Manage a comprehensive onboarding process that effectively integrates new team members into the organizational culture, ensuring they feel supported and valued from the start. Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy : Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all HR practices and across the organization, ensuring Adapt's workforce reflects the communities it serves. Leadership and Team Management : Provide inspirational and inclusive leadership to the HR team, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement. Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all talent acquisition and employee retention activities comply with applicable legal standards and embody best practices in employment equity. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain open and inclusive communication with all stakeholders, enhancing transparency and fostering a collaborative work environment. Technology Utilization : Leverage advanced technologies to support and enhance HR processes, ensuring these tools are used to promote fair and equitable HR practices. Supervisory Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Manage the recruitment team, setting performance expectations, and supporting professional development to enhance skills and efficiency. Performance and Training : Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and facilitate targeted training sessions to advance team competencies. Resource Management : Allocate team resources effectively, adjusting staffing and priorities to meet recruitment goals and operational demands. Conflict Resolution : Mediate team conflicts, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment that upholds organizational values. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required. At least five years of experience in human resources management, with a significant emphasis on strategic talent sourcing and improving employee engagement. Specific experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector, particularly for provider roles, is highly preferred. Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, SHRM-SCP, or similar, are highly regarded.
