Job Title: BartenderLocation: The Fennec Birmingham Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at the Fennec. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of drinks to our customers while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area- Monitor and manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately- Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations- Engage with customers to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience- Provide recommendations for drinks and food items to customers- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth bar operationsQualifications:- Previous bartending experience preferred- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and drink recipes- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Must be at least 21 years old- TIPS or equivalent certification preferredIf you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Bartender position at the Fennec.
