Applied Innovation is seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of serving clients in our Network Connectivity department as a Network Connectivity Help Desk Technician Tier 1. The Network Connectivity Helpdesk Technician Tier 1 will report directly to the Network Connectivity Manager. This position is Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Addressing incoming Network Connectivity support calls, tickets, email inquiries, and resolving connectivity related challenges Assist with installing our supported devices by phone and remote management software Schedule, install, and provide training on our supported multifunction printers, and desktop scanners. Input detailed client notes for support tickets and network installs. Adhere to strict SLA and meet/exceed department metrics. Provide our customers with Fast, Friendly, and Amazing Service. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Must be dependable, professional, organized, and detailed oriented. Must be a strong communicator and work well in a collaborative work environment. Experience in PC, MAC, and server operating system environments. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Office 365, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to quickly learn, understand, and manage new systems related to information technology. High degree of flexibility and have strong problem solving skills.
