Behavior Technician (BT) Make a significant difference in the quality of life for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Childhood Autism Services Inc (CAS) trains qualified candidates who are passionate about helping children be successful! Candidates should have previous experience with children, as indicated on their resume, and are willing to commit time and energy to build trust and relationships with their clients. CAS is hiring energetic, passionate, and creative individuals interested in providing direct therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both home and clinic setting . We will train qualified candidates. Our organization offers a competitive wage and excellent benefits (see below). HIRING BONUS available to applicants who are currently registered behavior technicians and following 180-days of employment Positions A vailable: Full -time only: 32-40 hours weekly, must be available to work 40 hours per week. M-F CAS Benefits Childhood Autism Services Inc provides generous PTO benefits, paid holidays and an extended Christmas break for our employees to spend time with family and friends. Mental health is a priority to providing time away for self-care is vital to our success. We also believe that social opportunities for employees and client families are healthy and provide ongoing mental support. For those who do not already have their certification, we provide paid training and support to prepare for the exam. We then continually train and support our employees throughout the year, and set aside appropriate time to do so. Certification, including RBT and CPR is reimbursed. When travel is required from client home to clinic, or clinic to clinic, we offer generous travel time and reimburse mileage. CAS has a Simple 401K with matching contribution to help our employees prepare for their future. Health insurance with a significant company contribution is optional for full time employees. Life and short-term disability is paid by the company for our full time employees. Employee-paid dental, vision and long-term disability is optional for full time employees. Our full time RBTs appreciate a g uaranteed 30+ hours per week schedule. Qualifications and Requirements Behavior Technicians with a BACB certification preferred. Applicants must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. All offers are contingent on a background check, drug test and driver's license check. Applicants must have valid and current auto insurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to take and implement feedback and strong attendance are vital to success as an RBT.
