Project Management Intern : Work closely with the Project Management Team to support the transition of projects into Procore, develop and update department procedures, work with Assistant Project Managers to support Project Managers in the planning, monitoring, and timely execution of Solutions projects. Essential Duties: - Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers and Technicians to review project drawings and documents to be entered in Procore. - Assist with tasks in Procore and the company financial system. - Generate monthly reports. - Create weekly appointments for the Solutions Technicians. - Support Project Managers with inventory control of materials. - Coordinate the timely submission of operation and maintenance manuals and other client transmittals. - Possess skills as a team player to work together in the most efficient manner and appreciate each member's contributions. - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Automation Technologies, or relevant discipline - Excellent communication skills, proactive, detail and deadline oriented - Team player, resourceful, self-motivated, follows directions well, organized, able to multi-task - Proficient with the MS Office Suite and strong technology skills - Procore experience a plus We offer: - Excellent pay - Great and supportive work environment - Professional training and growth - Generous educational assistance program - Recognition and outstanding co-workers!
