Here are the details: The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of recent experience. Immediate need, candidate can start as soon as Monday. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Location: Fowler area | Position: Full-Time| Compensation: $20|Immediate need Duties and Responsibilities: Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers Monitor sales order Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents Memo entries Answer questions regarding the account Answer billing questions Secure payment by verifying and posting receipts Skills Required: 1 year of recent experience Strong leadership skills High attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Education: High School Diploma The degree is preferred but not required We look forward to reviewing your resume with the highest level of confidentiality!
