Job Overview:The Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney will lead a team of attorneys and case managers in fighting for the largest settlements achievable in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. They will manage a significant caseload, provide client service, collaborate with various departments, and analyze fact patterns. Duties:Lead a team of attorneys and case managers.Manage a significant caseload.Provide informative and compassionate client service.Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.Analyze fact patterns to establish liability.Supervise and provide guidance to team members.Settle cases in the pre-litigation stage. Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.2+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar. Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to supervise and provide guidance.Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.Spanish fluency is a plus.
