We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Manager of Oracle Applications , that will be the strategic leader for a growing organization. This key leadership position will be based in our corporate global headquarters located in Northern IL / Milwaukee area. * This ROLE IS REQUIRING A LOCAL CANDIDATE TO THE AREA as it is a HYBRID ROLE.Our client is seeking a strategic hands- on Oracle applications Manager to integrate recent acquisitions and reduce technical debt in the process. Work closely with the to maximize the system and simply the business processes.Be responsible for ensuring enterprise business systems are designed and in sync with the key business strategies and initiatives across the organization. Work closely with department leaders and senior management throughout the company to develop and execute a strategy and vision. Critical role with a seat at the table! * Specific Responsibilities: * Define an IT applications strategy centered on the Oracle platform and develop a strategic applications roadmap supporting the business needs and aligned with the corporate overall direction * Own the software solution for Oracle implementations and ensure coordination and oversight of IT resources across multiple groups to deliver solution on-time and on-budget. * Manage the change process within the IT organization, for example, ensuring IT resource coordination, ongoing support of legacy systems, etc. during the transition to Shared Services and Oracle upgrade * Design an IT support process, organization structure, and ongoing system management strategy that aligns with business strategy. * Work with vendors to understand evolving technology and recommend upgrades, enhancements, and new modules for the global systems environment * REQUIREMENTS * Min of 10 + years of experience in enterprise business systems strategy and delivery * Bachelor s degree required. Advanced degree preferred * Enterprise Oracle solutions experience required * Exceptional data and business intelligence depth. Must possesses recent experience with next-generation data solutions and demonstrated success delivering next-gen data and reporting platforms * Broader enterprise systems support experience that includes automated finance and billing systems * Ability to effectively communicate technical strategies to C level executives, key stakeholders and business teams.IND 005 009
