Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Utica, NY As a Concierge , you will be: Asking questions for reason for visit collect name and personal contact details. Medicare and health marketplace assistance resource center deals with claims, hands on CPR, provide nutritional classes. Handling: 50-75 (in season) Customer in a day and slower in oct (i.e., 20-30) In downtime if customers are not there, they need to answer calls or take additional feedback. Enter data in system, coordinate with teams to direct them. Able to take feedback and put that in a database. Answer calls from customers (15-30 calls in a day) and Route calls. The ideal candidate will have : Knowledge of MS excel and little healthcare exp will be preferred so that they can understand the medical jargon. Associate degree or exp working in 50+ setup.
