About the Opportunity Under the direct supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, the Journeyman Cook prepares standardized recipes for patients and long-term care residents. The Journeyman Cook, on occasion may produce made to order options for veterans. The Journeyman Cook is responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety.
