Implementing effective sales strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and interests, emphasizing the advantages of purchasing a second project to showcase its value. Collaborating with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies for successful conversions, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Maintaining accurate records of project visits, client interactions, and sales progress, along with preparing regular reports detailing sales performance, achievements, and challenges. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in home improvement services Proven experience in sales and a track record of achieving targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to backss project progress and identify potential issues. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales objectives. Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
