Responsibilities:• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team• Team Sales• Individual sales• Database• Grow your division• Coach and train• Sales scripts mastery• Close sales Qualifications: • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance• Real Estate license required• Good communication• Broker license required or willing to obtain one• Commission opportunity Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 Commissions About Company: In keeping with the philosophy that agents are partners and stakeholders in the success of the business, Keller Williams Realty has created a distinct profit-sharing program in which approximately 50 percent of every market center’s profits every month are returned to those who have contributed to a market center’s growth by attracting productive associates to the office.
