They are industry leaders in Neapolitan pizza and staff benefits. The role will be to run one of their busy sites, leading a small team of passionate chefs making fresh daily dough and serving up to 500 pizzas per day when busy. You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site. This would suit a head pizza chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant or pizzeria, knowledge of Neapolitan pizza and fresh dough making, BOH admin, and experience at high volume.
