Job Title: Head Chef Salary: around 2,500€ per month + accommodation + tips + meals Location: Tilos, Greece We're seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our prestigious luxury hotel on the beautiful island of Tilos. As the culinary leader, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality and guest dining experiences. Tasks: Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings Approving and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages Maintain records of payroll and attendance Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience for guests Manage food inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
