But more than that, we want to look at the services we're creating from a resident's perspective in order to bring a new approach to commissioning. We therefore need to fully understand the user experience of these services from first contact through to follow: up care, so it's vital that we bring a bold approach to all that we're doing. This means we need people with a wide variety of skills in order to get to grips with the initiatives that we're designing and commissioning. Our approach to Commissioning is based on Human Centred Design which puts the person at the centre. We are always looking for opportunities to make the resident experience better and working collaboratively with our residents and partners we can help people 'live their best lives'. The Service.
