This position is in Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. -Job Location: -Nashville,TN Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 3rd Compensation: Dependent on Experience -Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid time off after 30 days Paid Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts -Principal Accountabilities - Be knowledgeable in the use of a variety of tools and understand basic parts for general repairs Assist with daily start-up or shutdown Perform preventative maintenance and any assigned work orders Perform troubleshooting activities Perform all work safely and comply with Cargill safety policies, such as lock out tag out Monitor systems through computer programs Perform written and digital documentation: daily log, round sheets, and other reports Work around machinery and power sources such as electricity Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping for a safe working environment -Required Qualifications Previous maintenance or utility experience Familiarity with computer systems Ability to wear all required PPE (including respirator) Basic Math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to read, write, and speak English Caro and Ciro certifications (or ability to obtain within six months -Preferred Qualifications Previous ammonia refrigeration or PSM experience Previous Cargill ExperiencePrevious Cargill Experience - -Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
