Busy Law Firm seeks Legal secretary/assistant. Experience in civil litigation with Federal and state courts needed. Prefer someone with administrative law knowledge and some paralegal skills. Candidate must have strong typing, organization, communication and filing skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft products and be able to use them efficiently. Attention to detail and time management a must. Ability to work independently, manage large workloads and keep deadlines.
