Senior Property Delivery Surveyor Blackwall Reach Office, London, E14 GBP 52,983 : GBP 55,772 per year plus Company car 35 hours per week We have an opportunity for 2 Qualified Senior Property Delivery Surveyors to join our Asset Delivery team, based in London. The main purpose of this role is to manage in house and contractor delivered works across all work streams and provide surveying services that respond to customer, organisational and financial needs ensuring a positive customer experience. The role of Senior Property Delivery Surveyor will include: : Manage contractors in accordance with their contractual terms, making recommendations for improvements and implementing actions as appropriate: Support the delivery of a cost effective property service by operating within appropriate financial policies, procedures and financial limits/budgets: Ensure investment works are compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements: Manage the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders/customers Skills and experiences: : To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Assoc RIC, MRICS CIOB, Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying: Proven experience in a building and/or surveying environment: Experience of managing contractors against their contractual obligations and targets: Working knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practices: Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation: This role will involve driving on company.
