Summary: Town Pump is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team. Town Pump is a growing company, with ever increasing opportunities for career growth. Grocery merchandisers keep our stores clean and attractive with ample quality merchandise available. They maintain accurate pricing on inventory, including price changes and mark ups/downs. Grocery merchandisers order merchandise from multiple vendors and check:in vendor products, returning guaranteed items weekly. They cross:reference deliveries and put away stock orders while maintaining back:stock at a minimal level. Grocery merchandisers keep products stocked as well as rotated and fresh by monitoring expiration dates. They build creative merchandise displays and set merchandise to schematic with aid from vendors. Grocery merchandisers also perform all cashier duties as described in the cashier job description.
