As a Designer, you will… Provide BIM/Revit and other design software support to project teams; interpret and produce BIM/Revit drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, or notes from project leads. Demonstrate an understanding of plans, sections, and elevations by assisting with concept design of basic massing, plans, sections, elevations, and basic detailing concepts. Exhibit time management skills by completing tasks accurately and on schedule. Produce and maintain project records in support of studio project management. Assist project team and market/studio leadership with other duties that may be assigned. The Must-Haves (Required) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience At least one year of architectural project experience Proficiency with design software including BIM/Revit as well as familiarity with Sketch-Up or other graphic programs like InDesign, Photoshop, etc. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) The Like-to-Haves (Not Required) LEED accreditation Prior experience with Education projects Salary Range: $56,900-$97,900 annually.
