Job Description:Job Title: Billing ClerkLocation: Front Royal, VAJob #: 2024-7929Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am (Overnight Shift)Salary: 21.32 HourlyEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredJob Description (Duties): * These positions supply logistical support and final shipping paperwork to the Finished Product Warehouse daily basis. * Interacts with the area teams to provide clerical support for the daily work. * Processes paperwork * Manages paperwork filing system in the area. * Handles paperwork for all outbound shipments including, SNCs, RMW orders, and all miscellaneous shipments. * Must be dangerous goods certifiable and CVR49 certifiable (ground shipments). * Process final paperwork which includes, BOLs, COC, Packing Slips, Proformas * Attach packing slips and stickers. * Must be PMHE certified. * Miscellaneous other duties assigned. * Ability to have meticulous attention to detail on all processes and outbound paperwork. * Must be able to follow all the area safety rules and quality.Qualifications/Requirements: * Excellent SAP (S4) skills (ability to troubleshoot and reconcile issues) * Ability to identify issues and work through them promptly. * Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to positively interact daily with area teams, sales personnel, planning, and customers. * Ability to manage multiple tasks within a workday. * Strong organizational skills (ability to cover for other team members when off) * Must be flexible with work hours (overtime with some weekend work may be required) * Previous warehousing experience is a plus to the role. * Must be comfortable making decisions in a timeline type of environment. (Ex. switching carriers, shuffling customer's needs, etc.) * Ability to import/export information from working systems (SAP, etc.) to databases like Excel. * Ability to be licensed to operate PMHE. * Ability to lift to 75 Lbs. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work at heights at or above 30 feet. * Ability to work in a wide range of climates. * Ability to work safely. * Able to follow ISO 90001Our Company:Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
