Hospitality Associates operates La Quinta Inn & Suites, Comfort Inn (opening soon) and Best Western Chena River Lodge in Fairbanks, Alaska. You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Responsibilities: • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers• Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs• Mitigate customer complaints as needed Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly About Company: Stay with us at our La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairbanks Airport hotel, ideally located just minutes from Fairbanks International Airport (FAI).
