The Associate Director, Access & Payer Marketing will be a critical member of the US Market Access community and will be accountable to support the national and local market strategic plans, tactical development and coordination of US payer and HCP access marketing activities for VYVGART and planned additional indications. Roles and Responsibilities: The Associate Director of Access & Payer Marketing will deliver on key brand expectations such as Brand Planning, Tactical Planning, Launch Readiness, and Quarterly Business Reviews including:Support the development and execution of the efgartigimod market access strategy, messaging and tactics in the US, coordinating closely with Market Access Account Directors, Channel Strategy and Operations teams and Field Reimbursement TeamSupport ongoing development and updating of the VYVGART payer and access strategy and Brand PlanEnsure customer and competitor insights drive updates to strategyWork cross-functionally to support Local Market teams to optimize resources on Access topics and ensure alignment to national strategyManagement of key Agency Partners, including the Brand Agency, in the execution of Market Development and Launch plans Education, Experience and Qualifications: Position is based in Boston, MA and approximately 20% domestic travel is requiredB.A. or B.S. Degree required7 years pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience, including 2 years of payer and access strategy experienceSpecialty products and/ or rare disease experience preferred.Strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyExperience working cross functionallyMust exhibit peer leadership skills and ability to influence without authorityExcellent project management skills, in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and prioritiesHigh proficiency as a project owner in Veeva (Promo Mats)Strong Power Point and presentation development skillsStrong agency management skills including ability to assess a project brief, provide constructive and actionable content feedback and manage internal deadlinesTactical development experience across multiple channels (print, digital)Experience in specialty products or rare disease including payer dynamics unique to these therapies is an advantageStrong peer leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross functionallyStrong analytic skills and critical thinking abilityExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated desire to work in a team based environment with multiple stakeholders from various communities within argenx#LI-HybridAt argenx we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
