The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in Chemistry or a similar technical background, be admitted to practice before the USPTO, and demonstrate superior writing and oral communication skills. Duties:Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.Conduct prior art searches and draft opinions on patentability and clearance.Interface with inventors, engineers, and other client stakeholders.Support internal teams on various intellectual property matters.Maintain high standards of performance and exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, and self-discipline.Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.Utilize expertise with computer-assisted legal resources and proficiency in MS Office.Foster a professional, cooperative, positive, and flexible attitude.Develop well-developed interpersonal and client relation skills. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a similar technical background.Admission to practice before the USPTO.4+ years of experience in patent application drafting and prosecution.Superior writing skills and strong oral communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and expertise with computer-assisted legal resources.
