Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Performs patient qualifications and/or pre-consultations by providing education and information on the multitude of programs offered. Responsible for follow-up on all leads, setting patient appointments, and updating the CRM, ensuring a final disposition is made on each potential patient inquiry. Proficient in all OMWL Prescription and non-Prescription patient programs. Uses communication skills and sales techniques to schedule consultations, creating urgency, and maintain KPls relevant to the role. Follows the standards set forth by OMWL for lead management to maximize revenue results. Is flexible, schedule will require evening and weekend hours. Adheres to all HIPAA and OSHA protocols. Performs other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission of the organization and success of Patient Service team Develops and supports all clinics on their rebooking efforts and retention strategies regarding patient loyalty and outcomes. Works other calls assignments.
