Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Process customer policy change requests. Maintain knowledge of new products. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs. Requirements: Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel. Desire to be active in community and really help people navigate insurance needs. Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day to day operations. Background check Be willing to work towards getting your Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses. Study material, discounts, and assistance is provided.
