As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for our housing developments. You will play a crucial role in sourcing materials and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and managing the overall procurement process to ensure the timely and cost: effective completion of projects. In this role, you will be working closely with the construction team to identify the materials and services needed for each project, and develop strategies to procure them efficiently and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and subcontractors, as well as seeking out new partnerships to expand our network and ensure the availability of quality materials and services. As the Procurement Manager, you will also be responsible for contract administration, ensuring that all contracts are executed and managed according to company policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the procurement process.
