ACCOUNTABLE TO: Creative Arts PastorPURPOSE: To serve the church by developing volunteer teams to creatively proclaim the Gospel of Jesus through audio, video, and lighting avenues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Lead, recruit, and shepherd volunteer teams to pursue excellence in the areas of: Audio Engineering, Video/Sound Design, and Stage Lighting Design. Oversee design of production elements for services (audio cues, lighting elements/cues, Serve as the Designer and Protector of Arcade A/V/L branding for campus systems and online platforms. Design, implement, and maintain all A/V/L systems and protocols for Arcade Church. Coordinate A/V/L volunteers to serve in weekend services, conferences, and other events. Work with the Creative Arts Pastor to prepare and manage the annual budget for the Production Ministry. Direct all production aspects of weekend services Attend and contribute to all Creative Arts meetings, 1:1 meetings, and All-Staff meetings/events. EXPERIENCE 2+ years leading teams (a plus if volunteer teams) Proven experience with Ableton, Logic, and Pro Tools Proven experience in live and broadcast mixes (must provide examples of live-stream mixes) REQUIREMENTS Be a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. Demonstrate a positive attitude, discretion, and confidentiality in daily communication with others. Wholeheartedly support the values, mission, vision, and leadership of Arcade Church. Become a Covenant Member of Arcade Church. Consistently model a servant first attitude. Proficiency in all verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with people of various backgrounds and opinions.
