Garda World, a company with an entrepreneurial culture and operating in an international context, is looking for a dynamic Team Leader ready to take on new challenges for its Canadian Cash Application Shared Services Center, located in its head office at Ville Saint-Laurent. Job Description Reporting to the Corporate Controller, your responsibilities will include: Supervise and mentor the Cash Application team in all processes surrounding the collection of payments and their application to invoices Produce reconciliations to balance cash receipts and their impact on the accounting books (daily control) Analyze more complex cash receipt situations by performing advanced research and working with internal departments to find resolution Communicate regularly with Canadian divisions and other business partners to ensure smooth running of the process Continuously review processes within the team to make work more efficient Carry out any other related tasks linked to the responsibilities described above Job Requirements Post-secondary education and bookkeeping training Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in an Accounts Receivable department Team management experience required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Competent in English and French, as the position will require daily interaction with national teams. The candidate must be able to work in a French-speaking environment. Intermediate level of Excel Hybrid between remote and onsite presence Profile Analytical and problem-solving skills Proactivity, organizational skills and autonomy Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business partners Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines (month-end) Job Benefits Permanent full-time position Team focused on professional development International company with many long-term career opportunities Full benefits package Attractive offices (cafeteria, gym and parking).
