Position Overview You’re ready to take on the challenge of working on our AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Project where you will be part of a team building a more reliable natural gas system for our more than one million customers across British Columbia? The Gas AMI Project represents one of the largest Major Projects in Fortis BC’s history as we upgrade all our gas meters to implement automated technologies that will improve the safety, resiliency, sustainability, and reliability of our natural gas system. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our AMI project team. This long-term temporary position will report to the Project Director, Planning & Governance and will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the project leadership team and Vendor Project Managers. On top of your proactive and detail-oriented approach, you will be involved in crafting, monitoring, and steering the project's master integrated schedule. Embrace the challenge as you support progress, master the project risk repository, and contribute to the pulse of financial, performance, and compliance reports.
