Service Now Technical Specialist6 months plus - Inside IR35 contract Working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world, this new role will involve you in the support, planning, setup, and delivery of the solution to the customer which is based on Service Now modules. Key accountabilities: Initial and subsequent deployments of Service Now HR – attending design workshops, define to-be processes and policies in line with design principles to create a unified experience and maintain consistency in technical architecture. Developing and troubleshooting in line with Service Now best practice as well as day-to-day operational troubleshooting and platform operations. Service Delivery Transformation – leveraging on the Service Now platform to enable HR and other business modules. Skills & experience: Experience with programming/scripting in Java Script Angular, Node, CSS, HTML. Expertise in Service Now development, implementation, and integration.
