JOB REF: 5358 JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE: 4 + years LOCATION: Merseyside SALARY: GBP 65,000 DOE -As our client continues to expand their team of dedicated solicitors, they are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Lawyer to work on a wide range of Corporate matters, which include Transactions, Corporate Reorganisations and Restructuring, VC and PE Investments, Share Option Schemes, Debt Financing Transactions. -Our client is looking for a Legal Professional with strong business acumen to support the Partners to continue to grow the firm in the legal market. -Applicants should have at least 4 years' PQE with a strong background in corporate law, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high: quality legal services. -Youll be part of a company that prioritises its clients, while also valuing its employees and adhering to a core set of values : including balance, growth, and shared ambition.
