With a strong Bar element our client is looking for a polished leader, who can build and lead this successful team. Deliver excellent drinks at pace and take ownership of all bar management duties inclusive of stock and team management. The restaurant is 100 covers with services provided to the wider venue. Who will you be as Bar Manager: Bar Manager with passion for spirits, wine and birdtails Focus is on bird TAILS – they want someone who really excels on this platform Ideally you will come from a birdtail Bar background – strong emphasis on creating this feel within the restaurant Ability to lead and develop a big team2 years’ experience within similar role Good knowledge of financials and P&LPassion for the industry.
