We are hiring for a Technical Project Manager for a cutting edge media entertainment company. Responsibilities * Attend meetings alongside the Vice President of the PMO, providing support, taking comprehensive notes, and ensuring action items are followed up on promptly. * Collaborate with TV stations and internal teams to facilitate communication and coordination of projects. * Demonstrate exceptional listening skills and the ability to accurately capture meeting discussions and decisions. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and concise messages are delivered. * Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Foster positive interpersonal relationships within the team and across departments. * Demonstrate the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution. * Work towards building commitment and cohesion within the project team to ensure project success. * Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Provide regular updates to the Vice President of the PMO on project status, risks, and issues. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Communications) or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure management and enterprise-level support. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools/software. * Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. * Previous experience working in the media industry or with TV stations is a plus. * A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to driving results and continuous improvement. Additional DetailsThe base range for this contract position is $65 - $75/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
