What You'll Do: Evaluate, implement, and maintain accounting systems to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy. Help design our accounting processes, and streamline workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity. Provide technical support and training to end-users on accounting systems and related processes. Assist with account reconciliation and cash forecasting. Generate, analyze, and communicate financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Participate in system upgrade projects, testing new features and functionalities. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accounting systems and technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years' experience in Accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
