This is a lovely technical support role with GERMAN in which you will largely WFH just 2 days in the office. You will be supporting restaurants and retail stores across Germany with any help that they may need. This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with everything from logging onto IT systems to helping with the retail software and just generally supporting the restaurants over the phone and via email.
