My client works across the Residential and Commercial sectors, with the main driving force behind this hire being for their Retail fit out client projects. For this reason, previous relevant experience with Retail fit out projects would be essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Architectural Designer (Part 2s considered), or a Qualified Architect with post Part 3 experience. Candidates already living locally to Milton Keynes are preferred. Auto CAD experience would be essential to succeed. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Designer/ Architect: ARB registered is applying as an Architect. Substantial UK based experience. Relevant project experience with Retail fit out exposure being essential. Excellent Auto CAD skills. Boast strong design flare and technical abilities. Living locally to Milton Keynes and ideally access to your own car. Support and mentor the more junior members of the team. Work along side the Design Director across all RIBA stages.
