Below are the detailed job requirements and qualifications: Job Overview:Manage civil litigation cases independently.Demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills.Develop marketing strategies and engage in client development.Possess trial experience and proficiency in research and writing. Duties:Represent clients in civil litigation matters.Independently manage case files and prepare for trial.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.Participate in client development activities. Requirements:Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho.Preferred: Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana.5-7 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases.Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and analytical skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Idaho.Preferred: Admission to the State Bar of Montana. Skills:Trial experience in civil litigation.Exceptional research and writing skills.Interest and proficiency in marketing and client development.Ability to work effectively in a professional and collegial environment.Familiarity with current technology and willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
