Are you looking for stability and career progression? MUST READ As the Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the project team, ensuring the successful delivery of residential developments. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing estimates for residential construction projects. Collaborating with the project team to establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements to secure the best value for the company. Managing and controlling costs throughout the project life cycle, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Conducting regular site visits to backss progress and identify any variations or issues that may impact project costs. Maintaining accurate and up: to: date records of all financial transactions related to the project. Collaborating with other departments to optimise cost: effectiveness and efficiency in project delivery.
