Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer Health & Safety Leadership: Take charge of your safety and that of your colleagues, adhering to and promoting health and safety standards. Maintenance Excellence: Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance, along with project work, to keep plant and equipment in peak condition. Continuous Improvement: Engage actively in enhancing machinery and process efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Cross-functional support: Work collaboratively across departments, offering electrical and mechanical expertise to support broader company objectives. What We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer Qualifications & Experience: Apprentice trained or time-served in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a strong track record in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or food production. Skills: Exceptional organisational and communication skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and commitment to working beyond your core skill set as needed.
