The role of Project Worker will include: : Supporting customers to maintain links with family and friends : Providing one: to: one support to customers, helping them to develop their daily living skills and strive for greater independence : Regularly backssing the needs of customers by writing and updating support plans, : Making sure customer health care appointments are up to date and support customers to attend them: Reporting incidents and other Health and Safety issues : Assisting customers with managing finances and welfare benefits: Offering advice in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions: Managing any safeguarding or serious incidents Skills and experiences: : Previous experience within a similar role is essential : Ability to manage shifts and delegate duties : The ability to work on your own initiative as you will be required to source innovative solutions to problems that allow customers.
