Charnwood - Compliance Co -Ordinator Location - LE112TU - £12.50ph On going contract – 37 hours To Ensure that Property and Investment Services fully complies with CBC’s Corporate Customer Care Standards and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction. To additionally support the attainment and thereafter retention of the customer excellence standard. To provide support to the Compliance Manager in managing statutory compliance servicing contracts such as asbestos, gas, electrical, legionella, lifts and fire safety ensuring compliance with contract conditions and current statutory regulations. To ensure that all statutory records are accurately maintained and filed. To support with the performance, quality management, recharging, customer issues including complaints and administration requirements across compliance work streams but additionally covering asset management as and when necessary. Delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination. To ensure the Property and Investment Service fully complies with CNH’s Corporate Customer Care Standards and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction. To additionally support the attainment and thereafter retention of the customer services excellence standard. To support the compliance team leader in managing the gas servicing, repairs and maintenance contract and other statutory compliance contracts such as electrical testing and legionella testing to ensure compliance with contract conditions and current statutory regulations as well as ensuring excellent services are provided to customers and performance against targets meet the CNH’s expectations. To ensure all statutory records are maintained and filed. To provide support to the Compliance Team Leader in the management of contracts relating to statutory requirements.
