Design Manager : West London : Residential A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on a large residential remediation projects across London. The schemes are valued at up to a maximum of GBP20m in total and mainly consist of cladding replacement. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required. Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least GBP5m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references.
