Job Title : Employment Litigation Attorney Job Location : Washington, DC or Fully Remote from another NY, MD, or PAI am a search firm representing a midsized firm located in DC. All inquiries will remain confidential unless your permission is given! The role will involve all phases of a busy commercial and employment litigation practice. The attorney will have significant responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, court appearances, taking and defending depositions and trial work.
