Engineering Director, Generative AI for Creation, YouTube Apply BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in engineering with technical innovation. Experience leading app development, full stack engineering, and distributed systems teams. Experience with AI or computer technologies. Preferred qualifications: Experience working on consumer-facing products. Experience leading projects with multiple partners and stakeholders. Ability to successfully drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution. Ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams to work together as a cohesive and productive unit. About the jobAs Director of Engineering for Generative AI for Creation at YouTube, you will lead the teams to drive creation via AI/ML, with a special emphasis on Generative AI to build product experiences that make Generative AI technology available to YouTube Creators. You will be responsible for the execution, technical ideas, and strategic coordination among key stakeholders.
