We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Prospect for new leads to promote new business• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience• Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Show good organizational and time management skills• Great communication and social skills• Self-motivation and drive• Full-time only, not available to work remotely, 5 days/week in office Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly About Company: Hiraeth Homes provides confidence and peace of mind for the decisions of today so we can secure the future of our clients and communities for tomorrow.
