We are looking for an Accounting Manager to grow our Finance team. The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting, financial reporting operations and internal financial control procedures for North America (Canada and USA) and Australia / APAC regions (Australia and New Zealand), and to manage the Consolidated Financial reporting and management of global accounting, financial policies, and procedures. This is a small but complex global organization. Key Accountabilities include: Manage a small team in the performance of Financial Transaction Processing (including Customer Billing and Collection, Vendor Invoicing and Payment, Expense Claim Processing, Payroll Processing, Bank, Debit and Credit card reconciliations, Sales tax processing) for Canada, USA and Australia entities and Holding Companies Month end close procedures (including revenue recognition and accruals, billing and invoicing cutoff, expense accruals, balance sheet adjustments and amortizations, Intercompany reconciliation, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Project P&L reporting, and Financial Statement reporting Maintain the global accounting procedures, global chart of accounts.
