Requisition ID: 71481 Summary Skyworks Solutions is seeking an experienced RFIC designer for Mobile Solutions business unit located in Ottawa, Canada. This candidate will assist in the concept, design, integration, and delivery of complex multichip RFIC-based wireless module solutions for Wi Fi6 & 5G applications. The candidate will be involved with in all aspects of product realization and work with an extended cross-site team to validate and deliver high-performance RF products to high volume markets. Responsibilities Design of multi-function silicon-based RFICs including, LNA, Switch, & Filter content in the 2-9Ghz Frequency for wireless applications Work with a variety of technologies including SOI & CMOS to implement innovative RF circuitry to support wireless product offerings Hand’s on design responsibility including overview of detailed IC layout, lab evaluation, and back-fitting of designs. Presentation of detailed design reviews including all aspects of design: IC, Package, EM, & Thermal. Support customer related issues and responses as needed.
